With practical experience in ROC matters, she specializes in compliance related to mergers, shifting of the registered office, and other regulatory requirements.

She is associated with our firm as an Independent Professional, providing expert guidance in corporate compliance and governance. Her specialized knowledge and professional approach ensure the highest standards in regulatory practices.

She also has a strong background in the Companies Act and LLP Act, listing compliances under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) along with expertise in conducting due diligence, making her adept in navigating corporate legal and regulatory matters.

Rishav Banerjee

Rishav Banerjee is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holding Certificate of Practice. He has completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta in the year 2020.
With expertise in corporate secretarial practices, he has in-depth knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and the Companies Act. He has managed compliance requirements for listed entities and conducted secretarial audits for several reputed companies. He possesses comprehensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate governance and regulatory issues."

Prayag Dutta

Prayag Dutta, a commerce graduate from the University of Gauhati, is currently pursuing Professional Programme at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with specialized expertise in MCA XBRL (Ministry of Corporate Affairs Extensible Business Reporting Language), CIBIL MSME Rank work, and the preparation of project finance reports for banks. He has a strong background in Companies Act, Conducting Secretarial Compliance Audits and credit evaluation for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
