Sweta Shukla, a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, is currently pursuing M.Com & Professional Programme at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With hands-on experience in corporate secretarial matters, she specializes in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), including Base Layer and Middle Layer NBFCs.
She also has a strong background in the Companies Act, listing compliances under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and conducting Secretarial Compliance Audits, making her well-versed in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
