Shreya Deep

Shreya Deep, a commerce graduate with Accountancy Honors from Seth Anandram Jaipuria College, Kolkata, is currently pursuing Executive Programme at the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) with hands on experience corporate secretarial affairs and is developing understanding of managing compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations for Non-Banking Financial Companies. (NBFCs)

She also has hands on experience in the Companies Act, 2013 and conducting Secretarial Compliance Audit, Drafting NCLT Petitions and compliances of Annual Fillings and other e-filling documents, making her well-versed in Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance.
