Prashil Singh, commerce graduate from University of Calcutta in 2018. Currently pursuing professional programme of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Audit he also has an experience of listing compliances notified under Securities and Exchange Board of India and compliances regulated by Reserve Bank of India applicable on NBFCs.
